Pricing & billing questions

Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit and no credit card required. You can run a compliant business on it and upgrade only when you outgrow its limits.

Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data is never lost when switching.

Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount versus paying monthly — roughly two-and-a-half months free each year.

Listed prices exclude 15% Saudi VAT, which is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.

We accept mada, Visa, and Mastercard through our Saudi payment gateways. Enterprise customers can arrange bank transfer.

You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the free Starter plan. You can export your data at any time.
